Tara is an NYC based actor, singer, & VO artist, a Chicago Native, and a dual-citizen of Ireland. (More importantly, a Gemini Sun, Taurus Moon, Capricorn Rising.)
She holds a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch and continues her acting studies with Ellie Heyman and musical theater studies with Denis Lambert. Tara is also a member of The Story Pirates, performing live and voicing characters on their award-winning podcast.
Most recently, Tara played ‘Theresa’ in the NYC premiere of Gray Mud, a new play by Brie Leftwich, starred in a national commercial for Dave & Buster’s, and shot her first feature film role opposite Melissa Leo. Stay tuned on her latest projects.
She hopes to play roles on stage like Yelena in Uncle Vanya, Harper in Angels in America, The Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods, and Sally Bowles in Cabaret.
In her spare time, you can find Tara analyzing her daily horoscope, learning the latest K-pop choreography, or collecting passport stamps (Madeira, Portugal up next!)
